Sculpting food, objects and experiences that are meant to be felt

OUR STORY

In the heart of TARM beats a belief that flavors transcend the plate—a belief deeply rooted in the soils of Kavarna, Bulgaria, where our creator, Martin, first discovered his love for the art of dining.

At the core of our brand is a story that is passed down through time. Our first steps were taken amidst a familial garden, abundant with homegrown fruits, vegetables, and a shared appreciation for food that has meaning.

As the pages of time turned, so did the pages of our story.

In 2020, we expanded our acres, cultivating crops through a vision of fruit forests that thrive with minimal amounts of human intervention. The journey from soil to plate became more than a chronicle of seasonality; it turned into a tribute to the synergy between nature and gastronomy. Plums, apricots, pears, apples, peaches, and figs were no longer just ingredients. They became core chapters in TARM's tale.

At present, Martin's culinary path has extended to crafting desserts that echo the rhythms of the land he grew on.

His recipes are a melody of flavors and each note is a nod to his family's long-standing dedication to a future with a more sustainable way of farming.

From raspberries and strawberries to aromatic herbs like basil, rosemary, and thyme, homegrown produce is made to ultimately find its way to TARM’s creations. Preserved and elevated, these seasonal fruits take new life in the form of syrups, jams, and glazes, ensuring that our culinary canvas remains vibrant beyond harvest season.

We believe that each dish is not just a composition of ingredients but an ode to the roots that ground it in authenticity deeper meaning.

Driven by the belief that each table is a point where paths cross, we created TARM: an invitation to turn every meal into a ritual that goes beyond the plate.
